Overview

This project included three distinct additions and remodels to the existing Lakeland Junior High School.

The first addition included multipurpose, physical education and lunchroom components. The second addition featured six classrooms, restrooms, a staff lounge and circulation space to the existing classroom wing. The third phase modernized the existing media and technology center.

The multipurpose room addition was constructed of concrete masonry units in combination with wood frame in fill and wood siding to match the existing gymnasium.

Constructed with wood framing and wood siding, the classroom addition was designed to match the existing classroom wing and provide a seamless appearance.
