The existing clubhouse was dated and undersized to serve the needs of the golf course patrons. The clubhouse was demolished leaving only the existing basement and slab.
The remodel and expansion doubled the size of the clubhouse. A newly expanded pro shop, professional kitchen, dining room, restrooms and golf cart storage were major elements of the remodel.
