The Fort Sherman Officer's Quarters is located on what is now North Idaho College in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. This home, one of North Idaho's oldest buildings, was part of Officer's Row at Fort Sherman. It was acquired by the college and used as office space for its faculty. Both the interior and exterior desperately needed refurbishment from prior uses of abuse and neglect. Appreciating the historical value of the building, North Idaho College began the restoration process in 1996.
G.D. Longwell Architects, PLLC became involved to oversee the restoration of the building's appearance while updating selected areas to improve its usability as office space for North Idaho College faculty.
