Located in the heart of Coeur d' Alene's medical district, the Chinook Medical Building is unique in form and function. Its condominium structure gives medical professionals the opportunity to own and customize their own office space while saving money on costs of land, parking, and other common building elements.
The condominium layout required g.d. longwell - architects to create a flexible design, able to accomodate the various requirements of each condominium owner.
The design features a 3-story steel-construction shell, with basement space for parking and records storage. g.d. longwell - architects worked closely with Ginno Construction to incorporate tenant improvements as condominium owners completed their individual designs.
